Is Hillary going to be indicted? Well that depends on a couple of things. The Obama gymnasium has a Hobbesian choice in front of it:

1. Do they toss the leading Dumocrat presidential candidate under the bus and press charges...

or

2. Do they "banana republic" the FBI and tell it to stand down from the investigation.


Fox News has confirmed that at least one email contained intelligence from human spying, known as "HCS-0," which is code for highly sensitive human intelligence operations. The FBI investigation is centered around Clinton and members of her staff to determine if they deliberately trafficked and shared information from highly classified sources onto an unsecure private email system.

Read that again - DELIBERATELY TRAFFICKED AND SHARED INFORMATION FROM HIGLY CLASSIFIED SOURCE......

Generally speaking, when SAP or HCS-0 data is compromised people will die. Maybe not in the middle of the night in a foreign embassy way (that doesn't seem to scare Hillary), but more of a tortured and cut up into little pieces kind of way.

Is the FBI serious about this? Well - here's what they have said about standing down:

"The bureau does not waive its primacy in espionage cases," the intelligence source said, referring to USC 18 793 and 794. "The security investigation is now part and parcel with the criminal public corruption investigation." The source said both tracks are being pursued "vigorously" and there is a sense of "incredulity" as to what is being discovered."

Violations of US 18 Section 793 fall under "gross mishandling" of national defense information. Potential violations under Section 794, "gathering or delivering defense information to aid" a foreign government, are more serious but also more challenging to prove.

When the agents are incredulous at what they are finding that isn't like finding a $20 bill in the old jacket you haven't worn in years - in this case incredulous means that the sheer scope, audacity and idiocy of the criminal enterprise floors some of the most experienced law enforcement officials in the world. 150 agents are working this case.

She should start paddling....

We’re going to be gifted with a healthcare plan we are forced to purchase, and fined if we don’t which purportedly covers at least 10 million more people without adding a single new doctor but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents ,written by a committee who’s chairman says he doesn’t understand it, passed by a congress that didn’t read it, but who exempted themselves from it, signed by a President who smokes, with funding administered  by a treasury chief who didn’t pay his taxes for which we will be taxed for 4 years before any benefits take effect by a government that has already bankrupted social security and Medicare all to be overseen by a Surgeon General who is obese and financed by a country that is broke.

Or you could vote for Romney.

Chicago - Tastes Like Death

According the Chicago Police Department, 308 persons have been murdered in the Windy City as of as of August 5th.  Thus far in August, 14 have been murdered.  Some weekends in Chicago are violent to the max, with as many as 10 murders and dozens of shootings.

Put in perspective – Chicago does an “Aurora” almost every weekend. 

Chicago will probably reach over 500 murders this year, or about 10 murders per week if the trend continues. In June of this year, the police reported the city’s number of murders had jumped 39 per cent over what they were last year.


As grim as this situation is, it isn’t as bad as it was.

In 1991, Chicago Police data show, 943 persons were murdered, up 1.6 per cent from  the year before. That was 2.58 murders per day. But Chicago remains a dangerous place, and at least one person a day is murdered.Aside from turning Chicago into a running joke, the gunplay also affects one group more than any other.

Blacks.

According to the Chicago Tribune, “Violent crime has long afflicted minorities in Chicago at a much higher rate than the rest of the population, and the spike in homicides in the first half of this year provides an especially stark measure: 201 of the 259 homicide victims were African-American.”While blacks make up about 33 per cent of the city's population, they accounted for nearly 78 per cent of the homicide victims through the first six months of 2012.By comparison, just 11 homicide victims in the first six months of the year were white, and 44 were Hispanic, according to police data.The newspaper reported that most violent crime occurs in black neighbourhoods, and that “a majority of both homicide victims and offenders are young black men with criminal records. With only one exception, African-Americans have made up more than 70 per cent of homicide victims in Chicago every year for the last two decades.”The newspaper also reported that 143 of the victims were gang members or had gang affiliations. And 133 of those had arrest records.


Again, simply put, Chicago is more dangerous for a young black man than a tour of duty in Iraq or Afghanistan.


Blacks are 13 per cent of the nation’s population, they account for more than 50 per cent of homicide victims. Each year, roughly 7,000 blacks are murdered are in the US. Ninety-four per cent of the time, the murderer is another black person. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, between 1976 and 2011, there were 279,384 black murder victims. Using the 94 per cent figure means that more that ¼ of a MILLION blacks were murdered by other blacks.

So why doesn’t  anyone demand action? At the very least, why does the black community not demand action?

Because politicians are more interested in keeping the black community victimized and dependent in order to get and keep their votes. Now you are probably saying I’m being a little (ok a lot) cynical about politicians in general an Democrats specifically. But I don’t think I am.

Let’s look at a recent event.

What does a guy who supports the whole black victimization machine from the President on down do about it when he’s made mayor of Chicago? How does he address the black death ghettos in his city?

He attacks Chick-Fil-A.


Rahm Emmanuel sees the chicken restaurant as more of a threat to the city (and Democrat interests) than that represented by the 308 deaths in Chicago so far this year. Democrats run the city of Chicago, and have for decades. They run the major newspapers. They run the TV stations. They run the schools and colleges and universities. They take all the responsibility when it comes to grabbing and keeping power.Yet, they take no responsibility for the 308 murders in black neighbourhoods, yet they say things like “only the Democrats will save black people from the perils of Republican government, from free markets and from a reduction in hand-outs. Only Democrats will fix the social problems that blacks have to endure, not Republicans.

Who’s the cynic now? 

Illinois is the only state where you can’t get a concealed handgun carry permit and requires a special permit to even buy a gun. And in Chicago, the law requires registration of all firearms. Typical liberal/democrat/progressive dogma. Lock up the guns and there won’t be any gun crime. Everybody feels good, nothing gets solved and everyone votes Democrat. Divert the attention away from the real issues by focussing on made up bogey men like Chick-Fil-A.

And the black community continues to be slaughtered.

6 hours ago – Anthony Curtis was shot and killed in Chicago. Curtis was third person murdered within a 3 block area since Saturday.

Democratic party spin on job creation

In listening to the Obama spin doctors tell me that the rise in unemployment from 8.2% to 8.3% is "good news" I thought that I would help out by proposing my own round of job stimulus ideas to assist the Dimocratic party:

• Free education. As much as anyone wants. The world can't have too many Ph.D.'s in “Multicultural Interpretive Puppetry Arts!”
•  Full employment. Everyone gets a job. A government job. With a union. That way, "work" won't require...you know, actual "WORK."
• Raise the minimum wage to $250 an hour. That way, EVERYBODY can be rich. Yay, us!
• Reduce the workweek. 40 hours a week is just too much. Mondays? Ugh. People shouldn't have to get up that early. Try 22 hours. After all, daytime TV won’t watch itself!
• Reduce the retirement age. France is proposing 60 years as the cutoff. In Greece, the average is 57. They suck. We are Americans. We can do better. Reduce it to 29.
• Kiss-a-thons at Chik-Fil-A count as work towards your welfare entitlement
• Reparation payments for people that were forced, over the course of their lifetimes to work for "the man."
• Tax dead people. Exemptions will be granted for dead people that vote Dumocrat.

Justice Department wants the facts. Their way.

So the justice department gets pissed off at Texas (the Great State Of) because Texas has the audacity (not of hope, but of reality) to seek to remove fraudulent, dead, illegal and duplicate voters from the voter rolls. You know, Democrats.

So the Justice Department hires (actually a no-bid contract, so anoints is closer to the truth) a data firm to ensure that the people being removed from the rolls are being purged fairly and accurately. As always, an Eric Holder justice department is the justice department of the people, and not the justice department of the Democratic party. Right. (okay - play along, I can't make this seem all dramatic if you keep reading ahead!)

Who wants to be that marijuana is next "appeasement" strategy by Democrats. And I want to think that they would tag on free get of out jail passes for anyone in jail for simple possession charges.

An estimated 5% of US population smokes weed EVERY DAY. That is 15 million pro bong voters for Obama. Don't think he won't leave that demographic alone.

I saw James Carville in the airport in Dallas once. I overcame my natural urge to punch him, mostly because he looks kind of fragile - like a Muppet that got put in the dryer by mistake and kind of shrunk and stretched all at the same time. What I did do however, was recall his famous  "It's the economy stupid" comment during the Clinton years.

And it is.

And "the economy" to most people anyways, is highlighted by only 2 things - prices of goods led by gasoline prices - and jobs, with jobs in the lead by a bunch. If you don't have a job, you don't have the ability to bitch about prices, so jobs is Job One. Sorry Ford.

I ran across this chart on PJTV the other day and thought it appropriate to present to my readership.

Since 2008 (I wonder what happened then?) the job losses by age category have been most pronounced for young people - who have take almost 3 times the "hit" of other groups. As Steve Carrell from "The Office" mockingly said to a Princeton graduating class last week - "You are young, and because you are young, you are also wrong." I wonder if any of these new voters have a different opinion of their 2008 vote for Obama now that they are standing on the stage with a $150,000 student loan in one hand and shrinking job prospects in the other.And a degree in the third hand. The real world can be cruel sometimes.

But that isn't the most striking part of the graph. Look at the far right. (Small r!)

The only job growth in the last 4 years is in people over 60 who have had to postpone or abandon their retirement. Kids can't get jobs? Blame granny, because she isn't moving to Sarasota anymore. And remember - there is no more pissed off person than an old pissed off person.

These folks are going to be looking for blood in November. Across the board, young, middle aged and old - folks are going to hold politicians - a la Wisconsin - for their actions.

Is it the economy stupid? Yes, and the economy is jobs. QAnd EVERYONE is hurting.ap

Sorry Wisconsin unions, no more government cheese for you!

Tuesday will be a pivotal moment in U.S. political and economic history.

The critical recall election in Wisconsin where union organizers and tax and spend Democrats are foolishly trying to recall governor Scott Walker in order to defend and expand their largesse is almost underway, and all polls point towards a win for freedom, economic viability, common sense and business ethics.

The hopes of employers and home owners who are always rooting for small government, a balanced budget and lower taxes lies in the balance, as they rally to protect their wallets from politicians who are beholden to union leaders who are beholden to their loutish and greedy members.Let's not ignore the other benefactors in this fight - students, working people and those that need assistance. More tax dollars, more jobs and less wasteful spending on no bid labor contracts (unions) means we can better protect those that need our help and more investment for those folks we believe in.Governor Walker, in taking an adverse position towards public sector trough unions in Wisconsin, has required union workers, who face no competion or risk in their jobs from competitors or economic downturn, to provide a reasonable amount of money for their luxurious health benefits and over the top retirement plans, and thereby reduced the burden on taxpayers, as well as reduced Wisconsin’s ability to borrow to fund unions and pork barrel projects.


Why is the recall effort insane?

In just his first year Walker has been able to balance the state budget and add jobs to Wisconsin’s economy.

When Walker wins, this election will be viewed as evidence that voters prefer the long term benefits of fiscal discipline and private sector growth to create jobs vs. continued forced investment in crony capitalism, union largesse and government sponsored beaurocratic waste.This vote is a direct tie in to the upcoming presidential election and many other state and local races. We have seen other states, like Ohio and Indiana, follow a similar course in balancing budgets the way Scott Walker has done in Wisconsin, with similar positive results.

As small business owners we see with our own eyes - and wallets - how public and entitlement spending and growing debt outstrip the goals of wealth creation and lead to confiscation of wealth through higher taxes and an irreversible course of higher debt and job losses.

New American Voting Sub Group Targets for 2012 Elections

In order to ensure that we stay informed as voters KC has created a tip sheet if you will that outlines the various target markets and their potential courtiers in the November general election. We may not see these names in the media, but the political spinsters over at both party HQs are DEFINITLEY putting plans in place for these demographics:

1. The Necro-Americans. Long a focus of the Democrat party, these voters reside largely in Chicago and rust belt cities like Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. The Democrats like this group because other than a little up front Acorn style voter registration, these guys don't cost a lot of money to get in the bag. Or the box.

2. Dupli-Americans. Again, this sub group has long been a focus for the Democratic party, but they take a lot of work. Continued pressure must be made at the state and legislative levels to ensure that voter ID laws are removed and that races are not too close that any inspection of the results - and the 1,100 Ed Jones who voted brings any undue attention to this matter.

3. 53% - Americans - A new demographic, but an old target for the Replublicans. Targetting hard working people who pay ALLLLLLLLL of the taxes in this country in order to support the rest who don't, can't or won't work makes sense, but the trick is that this is a shrinking group. With the encouragement of the government, when 45 MILLION Americans are on foodstamps, your base of hard working targets seems to be shrinking fast.

4. ACLU - Americans - a small but powerful target demographic, these folks lack a lot of the voting power you would normally associate with a sub-group, but what they lack in numbers they make up for in pure "sand in the motor" value. The ACLU Americans ensure that OTHER Americans votes are suppressed by opposing laws that prevent voter fraud, voter intimidation and well, just plain old cheating. If I vote and my vote is negated by an opposing vote from a fraudelent voter, the ACLU-Americans have done their job. A favorite of the Democratic party for nearly 50 years, these folks work hand in hand with gov't to ensure that cases against Black Panthers for voter intimidation are rejected.

5. Uni-Americans - the Democrats have an all out focus on this group. These are the working people from 18-65 that are represented by unions that have been promised all kinds of favorable treatment by the government such as wage guarantees, excessive health benefits and job perqs, lifetime, cradle to grave financial care with rich pensions and shortened work weeks and mandated job creation taken from the private sector. In the old days, it was called "vote buying". Now days, it is just plain old "union support". This sector has some rough edges though - with less and less resources to give because the unions have bled manufacturers and the gov't and the states dry for years, more creative ways of ensuring the Uni-Americans vote democratic are required. Can anyone say "Public Sector Unions"?

6. Recall-Americans - a new group specifically targetted by Democrats is these folks who specialize in trying to get any forward progress made by responsible Republican leaders derailed. Essentailly if they don't like a result, they blame the system for "it be oppressin them". Recall governors, recount of ballots, repeal of laws, introduction of competing, nullifying legistlation, etc. etc. etc. A powerful group that only comes out a night to do their work.

7. 99 Percent Americans - specifically targetted by and supported by the Democrats these folks have led occupations, vandalism, sexual assaults, assaults and looting all across America. As the President said in reponse to the violence "hey, I understand where they are coming from", and when they stabbed a cop in Chicago, he never said a word except calling it an "expression of free speech". This is a tricky group to target because they are usually too stoned to vote or are in jail, but since - if we believe the media - they are just like 99% of Americans - it is a great group to target.

There you have it - KC does his best to educate the American Voter with the knowledge you need to vote for the candidate of your choice, even if you have to vote several times....

Have you fed your welfare victims today?

As Conservatives are told they are heartless about providing benefits to people that won't work, we find out that the unemployment figures are actually ginned up in Obama's favor, but creating a loophole wher millions of Americans can STILL live without working at all.

Disability is the new LAZY MAN's way to play. Disability claims are up almost 20% as people threatented with having to go back to work after disemployment incentives are used up now turn to "back problems" and "mental health issues" as the new way to get paid. In fact over 43% of all claims are related to "mental illness" and a growing number of them come from former white collar workers.

Over 10.5 million people, about 5.3 of the population now are "disabled". Another 7.5 million or another 3.5% are behind bars. 27% are under age 20. 23% are over 65. A furhter 6% of the population is "legitimately disabled" to a degree they can't work. 1% are in the active duty military. 9% are "unemployed". A further 9% do no work because they can't be bothered any more to seek a job. 8% of the population is on welfare.

Want to feel like a one %'er? You should by now.

Just remember that given these figures, 9% of the US population is providing the free ride to all the other classes (with the exception of the military - who deserve every penny they get and more). Even if you remove double counting possibilities (disability victims on welfare) - 28% of the population supports 72%.

As the disability fund is expected to run out of benefits in FOUR YEARS, I would plan on a big fat juicy take hike to pay for all the Obama supporters who can't or won't contribute.

I can only hope this change doesn't happen. I'm running out of charity.

Obama's 2012 Loss - the Math behind the defeat...

If you begin to look at the chance of Obama losing in 2012, the electoral math is daunting.


Let's begin with the 2008 results adjusted for the post-Census re-districting. I think even the most rabid of left leaners would agree that this is a baseline and that the chances that Obama will win MORE electoral votes than he did three years ago is zero.  No results, bad job, bad economy with anemic recovery that nobody feels is a recovery. Millions still unemployed, union friends compensated for Solyndra, GM and over 2100 health care "exemptions".


Then we'll begin with what I think are fairly obvious adjustments -- we'll give the Republicans back the electoral votes they lost in Nebraska along with Indiana, North Carolina, and Virginia -- traditionally Republican states that Obama carried last time through a special magic the like of which we are not likely to see again. Not the usual Chicago dead people voting magic, magic none the less.


Let's work from that base of 219 electoral votes and assume that the following states are potential battlegrounds in 2012: Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, and Florida. We'll throw in Maine and New Jersey as stretch states as well just to be conservative. Sorry for the pun.


This gives the Republican nominee an almost unlimited number of paths to the White House.


Perhaps the most obvious one, in that it resembles the 2000 and 2004 battlegrounds most heavily, is that a Republican could win by just by taking just Florida, Ohio, and Nevada from that list of states.


Or,  the Repubicans could just tie it -- and win in a Republican-controlled House -- simply by taking Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin from the rust belt and only Nevada in the West.


Alternatively, they could win without taking a single rust-belt state by winning in Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, Florida, and New Hampshire. This outcome seems like a real possibility given Florida's now rabid distate for President Zero, and Nevada's growing dislike of Senator Reid.


Another odd-looking way of doing it would be to take Pennsylvania, Ohio, Nevada, and Oregon, although Ohio looks a little floppy given their propensity of voting for candidates with the most handouts.


In any event, working from this base, Obama has to take 2/3 of the electoral votes in battleground states this time around to get the job done.


And there is not enough Acorn left to plant a tree that big.

Liberal Bias in the Media The Victory Continues!

A New Jersey teachers union chief whose salary tops $300,000 is under fire for saying in a recent interview that "life's not always fair" while arguing against vouchers to send poor students to private schools.

New Jersey Education Association Executive Director Vincent Giordano made the comment on the local "New Jersey Capitol Report" program over the weekend. During the interview, he was challenged by the host on why low-income families should not have the same options as other families when their child is in a failing school.

 

"Those parents should have exactly the same options and they do. We don't say that you can't take your kid out of the public school. We would argue not and we would say 'let's work more closely and more harmoniously,'" Giordano said.

When told some families cannot afford to finance the shift to private school without government help, Giordano said: "Well, you know, life's not always fair and I'm sorry about that."

This was reported in a blog. Romney's comment that he doesn't worry about the poor because there is a safety net for them in this country - front page news for weeks.

Don't buy it people. Don't buy what they are selling....

The Obama Family Problem

Okay Michelle, this conversation isn't going to be easy, but I think it is time that we put a little fiscal responsibility into the Obama household. After getting denied that car loan because of our credit situation - we have got to do something. So here are the numbers.


Last year as a family we made $108,500. Pretty good - all of those community organizing events that I put on are starting to pay off. But here's where it gets scary Michelle - together, the 4 of us SPENT $191,100 for the year.


Holy crap. I mean really? Holy crap! That amount of $82,600 we overspent put our total debit at $713,550 for a family. Holy crap, that's all I can say.


Now, I know that you are a good housekeeper and all, and the coupon clipping has really helped out but that total was only $1,925. I mean, it isn't a drop in the bucket.


Now, I can try and get more Black Panthers to intimidate voters and all - heck I might even ask my rich uncle to donate some money for an advance on the new book I'm writing. But heckfire Michelle, we have got to get the spending under control around here, or we're going to be in big trouble. Dang it  -  we ARE in big trouble. Earning 15 or 20% more by taking money from my rich relatives isn't going to make a lot of difference.


And no, Michelle just stopping the "discretionary spending" isn't going to help. That's pocket change. I mean it's good and all, but that isn't going to get this under control.


We've got to get to the meat of this and cut off the things that we signed up for that we have to pay every month - I mean, less giving to our poor neighbors who won't work, no more paying for your niece's 5th baby, and stopping sending money to that guy in Idaho so he won't make any more Obama Chia-pets. We just don't have the money for it any more, and giving all these hangers on a "hand up" has turned into a "hand out". Enough is enough Michelle - we're cutting all these losers off right now.


Okay, okay, stop the crying - it isn't all your fault. We both spent our way into this, and there is no spending our way out of it. Your lazy relatives will be motivated to find work once we stop giving them handouts, and my rich uncle says he has enough money to start a new business or two if we stop taking from him, so everyone will get taken care of.


Michelle - sometimes a real man has got to do what a real man has got to do. It may be tough now, but it's the best for all our futures.

Obama's Keystone Pipeline Vision

I wonder if votes had anything to do with it?

It would seem that the Dems have written off  "working class" America in their bid for stealing, sorry winning, the 2012 election. At this point, the strategests are deciding who they can count, who the can count on, and who they can count out. Here is who the Democrats have decided to pander to and who they have decided to ignore:

1. If you work or are unemployed (non-union). Your vote was already anti-Obama. You now don't count, and have been placed in the adversary column. Sorry, all decisions from this point are against you.

2. If you work and are unionized. Obama is counting on you already and has some big promises coming. Don't worry about the Keystone veto costing jobs - there are better things that have been given to your union leaders to make up for that. Boeing plant closure, recess labor board appointments, etc. etc. The union bosses are taking care of their, ooops I mean your interests as we speak.

3. Bi-Coastal Elites - for you, the gravy train is coming, Obama needs not only your support, but the money and noise that a left wing media led parade would engender. Since there are so few of you, then the payoff will be outstanding. No new taxes, etc. etc. This is going to be a great year for you!

4. Greenie Weenies - You scare Obama with your Protest and Occupy pooping on police car tactics, but since the Democrats have written off the soap-using rest of working America, you folks will do well. First gift? Cancellation of the Keystone project, already proved to have zero environmental impact. Of course - sending the oil to China so they can continue to beat us in manufaturing, growth and desfense spending may have a long term effect - but hey, Bush lied, spotted owls died. 5. Democratic base (those indigent, poor and over 35) - you like the handouts and the entitlements and the freebies. I mean who wouldn't? (Other than those that have some respect for themselves!) - so good news, he ain't be changin' nothin' for you all. You are in the bag and he knows it. Nothing better, but certainly nothing worse. What they haven't told you is that given the debt situation and the likely loss of the senate, the entitlements are probably about over with. Shoulda sold that vote when you could!

6. Democratic base under 35 - Here's how this will work. Obama knows that he can't trick you hip elites into believing things have actually gotten better, so he is going to rekindle "Hope and Change Part II", and is counting on you and your friends to be swayed not by the power of his experience and output, but by the insipid media inspired cheering session that will become the 2012 campaign. Obama sings with Lady Gaga, Obama with no shirt, Michelle cares about fat kids, corporations are bad etc. etc. . This time he really needs you. So close your eyes, groove to the music and vote Obama. On the other hand, you probably don't realize how good the incentives are going to be for your votes, for it is you, along with the bi-coastal elites that are the swing votes in this election. Better get to negotiating!

7. Business - you suck. You get nothing. And don't ask.

Arguing against Obama - when Ad Hominem is justified. Part 1 of 2

In this age of political correctness, it has been made diffucult (and purposefully so!) to organize a cogent discussion around the merits of political candidates given that on their face, you are attacking the person, their experience, their ideas and often their very legitimacy as a candidate or speaker.

Since the 1950's institutes of higher learning have advocated that we place ourselves into camps that identify with their makeup more than with their own moral judgements. For example people say they are Latino, or African American, or female, or gay or disabled or any other number of identifiers before they identify themselves as a unique, thoughtful, moral, enterprising human being - and you have to ask yourself why. In a perverse way - Martin Luther King would be shocked that in this day and age we still, and forcefully so, still - judge people by the "color of their skin" rather than the content of their character.

How does it work? Easy. By banding into identifiable groups, any attack on the REASONING of the individual is turned into an attack on the group, and that attack is condemned as whatever "ist" you want it to be.

I think Barack Obama's policies are ineffiective, ill-conceinved and poorly implemented.
Response - "you are a racist".

I think that marriage should be between a man and a woman because I believe that children brought up in a male/female environment do better in the real world.
Response - "you are a homophobe"

I think the rule of law should be enforced, and that people breaking laws should be sanctioned for their actions.
Response - "you are an anti-Latino racist".

These arguments of logic at their core are deemed to be "ad hominem" attacks against an individual, but incorrectly so. Doug Watson is his 2008 book  Informal Logic: A Pragmatic Approach. Cambridge University Press discussed at length that if the premise of the argument IS based on their personal makeup, beliefs experiences, characteristics etc. - then an "ad hominem" attack is justified.
